Congrats to Julia for completing another successful season of therapeutic equestrian riding.
Julia is holding her Orange level certificate, which is the second of six levels in the Rainbow program offered by T.E.A.D. Equestrian Association for the Disabled.
TEAD program manager Hilary Webb explained that the Orange level certificate involves some specific riding skills, some stable management knowledge regarding horse colours, parts of the tack, grooming kit and more.
Julie completed the program riding a new horse this season. After several years riding Willie at TEAD Julia switched to Lexie this year. Lexie’s gait is more suitable to Julia’s therapeutic riding needs.
