What is Deafblindness?

Deafblindness is a unique disability involving a combination of vision and hearing loss. The degree of sensory loss varies from person to person and can create significant barriers to communication, accessing information and navigating everyday life.

Intervenor Services provide specialized, individualized support for people who are deafblind. Intervenors facilitate communication, provide access to information and support individuals in navigating their environments, building skills and participating in everyday life.
