Every day is a new day. “I came to Sensity from a career in childcare, looking for something that felt more fulfilling. I’ve enjoyed the switch ever since. What I love most is getting to know the individuals I support. They’re funny, they have their own personalities, and every day brings something different. Some of the most rewarding moments are the little ones. When someone who doesn’t always express themselves through a smile starts smiling, it means so much. Those moments remind me why I love what I do.”
